Lessons from Alex Finn (Moonshots, Mar 2026)

Ralph Loop: Use a lightweight cloud oversight agent to check on local/worker agents every 10 min. Prevents runaway tasks and buggy hours-long sessions.
Memory self-repair: When I forget something → ask why → fix the system. Don't just apologize.
Sub-agents vs separate claws: Sub-agents = same me in parallel. Separate OpenClaws = different roles, memories, skills.
Third-party skills = biggest attack vector. Build own versions when possible.
